YUM YUM Coffee Cake
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup of butter
1 cup of sugar
2 eggs
2 cup of flour
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of sour cream
1 teaspoon of vanilla
TOPPING INGREDIENTS:
1/3 cup of brown sugar
1/4 cups of sugar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 cup of pecans
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Cream Butter, sugar, eggs. Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt, Alternate flour mixture and sour cream into the butter, sugar, egg mixture.
2. Pour ½ the dough into pan, sprinkle ½ the topping on top of dough, all remainder dough and top with remainder of the topping
3. Bake in preheated oven 325 degree for 40 minutes.
4. Enjoy right out of the oven, delicious and warm.
