Black-eyed Pea Dip


Black-eyed Pea Dip - for Luck

1 can black eyed peas, drained and rinsed
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (12 to 15 ounces) corn kernels, drained and rinsed
½ jar Robert’s Reserve Roasted Red pepper and Onion Dip
½ C finely chopped red onion
1/4C chopped fresh cilantro
4 ounces of Feta Cheese


1. Combine black-eyed peas, black beans and corn kernels in a large bowl; stir in Robert’s Reserve dip, chopped onions and cilantro. 
2. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to mingle.
3. Toss with feta cheese right before serving.
4. Serve with tortilla dip.
