Black Mesa Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ oz. demerara rum (El Dorado 12)

  • ½ oz. overproof Jamaican rum (Smith & Cross)

  • ½ oz. Pedro Ximenez sherry

  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters

  • 2 dashes orange bitters

  • Orange peel

Instructions:

  1. Stir the ingredients with ice to chill.
  2. Then strain into a glass over a large ice cube.
  3. Add the orange peel as a garnish.

 

Drink made by Grand Army Cocktail.
